Composition mechanism of ordinary wire drawing machine

The direct twistless wire drawing machine and the twistless roving wire drawing machine are respectively composed of a winding head, a wire laying device, a wire laying off device, a barrel changing device, an oil mist lubrication device, a pneumatic device, a spray device, and a head brake device:

1. Structure of winding machine head

The joint between the spindle of the machine head and the machine head body adopts a conical meshing positioning to maintain the rotation accuracy of the machine head. The head structure is a centrifugal expansion block type, consisting of the head body, expansion block, expansion block key, pressure spring, head front cover, and head back cover. The entire machine head is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials. When the machine head rotates at high speed, the expanding block supports the winding drum under the action of centrifugal force, and the fibers are wrapped around the surface of the winding drum. When the winding is completed and the machine head stops rotating, the centrifugal force disappears and the expanding block falls freely to unload the cylinder.

2. Cable laying device

The motion of the spiral steel wire cable shaft is divided into rotational motion and reciprocating motion: rotational motion is achieved by the cable motor through synchronous belt transmission, and reciprocating motion is achieved by the servo motor through synchronous belt, rolling screw component, and linear bearing transmission. The reciprocating stroke is between 50-200mm, and changing the positions of the two limit sensors can adjust the reciprocating stroke.

3. Cable laying device departure device

The function of the derailment device of the untwisted roving drawing machine is to move the derailleur towards the machine head at the beginning of winding, and to gradually move it to the right (also known as lateral movement) with the extension of time and the increase of the thickness of the yarn cake during the winding process. Maintain a constant distance between the wire and the surface layer of the wire cake to ensure consistent tension between the inner and outer layers of the wire cake.
