The lubricating oil in the motor bearings should be regularly replaced and refilled, and the electrical components should be checked regularly to ensure that they are working properly, safely, and reliably.

4. Regularly check whether the V-belt, handle, knob, and button are damaged. If they are severely worn, they should be replaced in a timely manner and spare parts should be reported for supplementation.

5. Regularly inspect and repair switches, fuses, and handles to ensure their reliable operation. 10 minutes before leaving work every day, lubricate and clean the wire drawing machine.

6. It is strictly prohibited for non designated personnel to operate the equipment, and it is necessary to stop the machine when people leave.
