Electric heating element heating has the lowest energy consumption utilization rate and is the most commonly used; The energy consumption utilization rate of hot air circulation heating is second, and it is not suitable for low linear density and flat wire stretching of recycled materials; The energy consumption utilization rate of thermal oil heating is relatively high, but its heat transfer rate is slow. When drawing at high speed, heat cannot be supplied, and the temperature in the middle of the plate surface is low, while the temperature on both sides is high. The physical properties of the flat wire are relatively uniform. The energy-saving of the winding device is also worth noting, as it is a secondary part of reducing energy consumption. Currently, the two widely used winding devices are combined winding, which has lower energy consumption than magnetic transmission winding. However, the forming of combined winding spindles is not as good as that of transmission winding. If there is insufficient experience in the operation, maintenance, and adjustment of combined winding, the scrap rate of forming may be too high, and the energy consumption of crushing and granulation may be higher than that of transmission.
