Container bag manufacturers tell you how to use container bags

① Loading materials. First, hang the lifting ring of the container bag symmetrically on the crossbeam of the filling machine, so that the bottom of the container bag is basically in contact with the ground. Then, open the feeding port of the container bag, insert it into the loading cylinder, and clamp it with a clamping device to prevent dust or particles from leaking out. Start the filling machine to load the raw materials into the bag from the loading port. When filling, first straighten the bag body before filling. After filling, close the loading port. If using container bags with discharge ports, check if the bottom is securely fastened before filling.

② Loading. Hang the lifting ring of the container bag evenly on the lifting device. Depending on the type and loading weight of the container bag, forklifts, cranes, and other equipment can be selected. If a forklift is used to lift container bags, the shovel should be adjusted to the appropriate position, and the container bags should be tightly attached to the forklift without tilting forward. To ensure the balance of the center of gravity of the bag during lifting, be careful not to hang a single ring. Then, activate the lifting device to slowly lift the container bag, reach a certain height, and evenly lay it flat on the train (or car) platform. If it is not necessary to immediately load and transport the goods, they should be neatly and uniformly stacked in the workplace. During the lifting and stacking process, they should not be squeezed, tilted, or collided with each other.

③ Storage. In principle, after loading materials into container bags, they should be loaded and removed immediately. However, if necessary due to circumstances, they cannot be transported immediately. To avoid material damage, container bags should be stored in a warehouse and kept away from water, steam, moisture, and high temperature sources. If stored outdoors, in addition to meeting the above environmental conditions, it is also important to cover them with tarpaulins and avoid direct sunlight.

④ Unloading. Lift the container bag with a forklift or crane, align it with the opening of the material trough or other container, open the bottom of the bag and tie the rope to the material opening. The raw materials can fall down by themselves to complete the unloading process. For disposable container bags, a suitable tool can be used to puncture the bottom of the bag from a distance for unloading. Do not stand under the container bag during lifting and unloading operations.
